SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions ("SMS Terms") govern your enrollment in and use of text message (SMS/MMS) communications from Keplogic, Inc. ("Coral," "we," "us," or "our") under the Coral Customer Care Alerts messaging program.
1. Program Description
The Coral Customer Care Alerts program sends transactional and service-related text messages to registered Coral users who have opted in. Message types include:
- Sandbox provisioning and status updates
- Account and billing notifications
- Service alerts and maintenance notices
- Customer support replies
We do not send promotional or marketing messages through this program.
2. How to Opt In
To receive SMS messages from Coral, you must:
- Create or log in to your Coral account at https://coral.inc.
- Navigate to Account Settings → Phone Number.
- Enter your mobile phone number.
- Check the consent checkbox confirming: "I agree to receive service notifications via SMS from Coral. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out."
- Save your settings.
By completing this opt-in flow, you expressly consent to receive text messages from Coral at the mobile number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase or continued use of Coral's services.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your account activity. Most users receive fewer than 5 messages per month. We will only send messages directly related to your account or support requests.
4. Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging and data rates charged by your mobile carrier apply to all SMS messages you send and receive in connection with this program. Coral does not charge separately for SMS messages.
5. Opt-Out Instructions (STOP)
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from Coral at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After texting STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent to your number.
You may also opt out by removing your phone number from your account settings at https://coral.inc.
Supported opt-out keywords: STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT

For help or more information about this program, reply HELP to any SMS message from Coral. You will receive a response with support contact information.

7. Supported Carriers
Coral's SMS messaging program is available through most major US carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, Boost Mobile, and US Cellular. Carrier support may vary. Coral is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Privacy
Your mobile phone number and SMS consent data are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Your number is used solely to deliver the messages described in these SMS Terms.
9. Changes to These SMS Terms
We may update these SMS Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to enrolled users via SMS or email. Continued receipt of messages after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
